2. Quotations & orders

• Quotes, MOQs, sample fees, and lead times shared through this site or by email are estimates for planning and are not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.
• An order becomes binding only when set out in a signed contract or proforma invoice that we both accept.
• Samples, tooling, and customization may carry separate costs, which we confirm before you commit.

3. Intellectual property

The website, its text, layout, graphics, and logos are owned by ChongTongPet or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

You keep all rights to the artwork, designs, logos, and specifications you send us. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them only to prepare quotes, samples, and production for you, and you confirm that you own or are authorized to use those materials and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Confidentiality

We treat the designs, specifications, and business information you share as confidential and use them only to serve your request. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available on request before you send sensitive materials.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or abusive inquiries, harvest data by automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Translation accuracy
